Study On Project Team Management Of New School Area Construction Of Higher Vocational Colleges

The 21st century is the knowledge economy times. The coming of the knowledge economy times makes the rapid development of higher vocational education. As the main carriers of higher vocational education, the higher vocational college need exploring more school areas continually, seizing more resources for their objective realities, which include scale and self development. For boosting new school area construction better, guaranteeing it completion and putting new school area into use favoringly, the higher vocational college will construct its project management team, set organization framework, divide the duties, then implement management tactics, so as to ensure the completion of the new school area construction. However, during the new school area construction course, team management could not reach its expectant results. Why project team management could use better in construction enterprises and real estate development enterprises, but not in higher vocational colleges? What kind of project team management would be applicable to higher vocational colleges? What kind of project team management is more suitable and effective to higher vocational colleges? According to the results of investigation and survey, it raises questions, analyses them and advance reasonable suggestions. Form reasonable project management team of the higher vocational college, set project team organization structure, set the members of project management team, define the job descriptions and roles of team members, regulate team work process, harmonize and control other construction parties, manage the project team tactically, all these are to make the project team construction more scientific and reasonable, make it efficient management, complement the new school area construction of the higher vocational college of high quality, efficiency, honesty, safety and successfully, and make the higher vocational college to develop sustainable at last.
