With the development of social and the change of learning methods, higher requirements are putforward to the cultivation of talents. As an important part of higher education, the goal of higher vocationaleducation is to train highly skilled and applied talents in production line. Described as “A thousand sailscompete to win”, higher vocational education is developing very rapidly with the deepening of the teachingreform under the new situation. At the same time, the traditional teaching mode is continuing to show itsdisadvantages, an outstanding problem is the contradiction between the more and more social need forhighly skilled personnel and the less and less satisfactory of vocational personnel training quality.Therefore, in the process of talent cultivation in higher vocational education, we must update teachingmeans and methods, and take the real enterprise project-oriented teaching reform based on the workingprocess, in order to make the cultivated talents really suitable for production line needs. Project teaching ofwork process oriented refers to the learning activities of knowledge and skill by completing specific projecttasks under the guidance of professionals or teachers. As a new way of teaching, it aims at the learnerscharacteristics, combines the needs of society and the practical demand of enterprises, and creates an actualworking environment. In view of this, I consider to introduce the project teaching based on workingprocess to higher vocational teaching, in order to improve the teaching quality and learning effect.According to sufficient survey, the dissertation combs the situation research of project-based teachingand working process oriented; Combining the characteristics and the practice problems of our highervocational education, it analysis the inevitability and feasibility based on working process ofapplication-oriented teaching; Building architecture of process-oriented teaching in higher vocationaleducation; The dissertation also proves the effectiveness of project teaching mode process-orientedteaching in higher vocational education by using case studies and questionnaire surveys. Experiments showthat project teaching of work process oriented can improve disadvantages of the traditional education andsolve the disconnection problem of the theory and practice in higher vocational courses and contribute totrain the applied high-skilled personnel. For learners, adopting this mode they would be able to improvetheir training capacity, innovative capacity and social adaptability equation by inquiry learning and cooperative learning; For teachers, they can upgrade their specialization level, research capacity and overallquality in the coach of project-based teaching by organizing and guiding teaching. The author believes thatcombining theoretical research and practical exploration work process oriented teaching, will certainlyprovide a new way for the reform of higher vocational education. At the same time, it can offer a workableteaching pattern to train applied high-skilled personnel in higher vocational colleges.
