The current global market competition, Inventory control, supply chainmanagement has long been a top priority. How to balance the pros and cons of them?not only scholars in this field, but also by their own need to consider a long-term issue.In this thesis, Company B for its multi-level inventory control and distributionsystem and supply chain management implications. Firstly, according to the company’sprospects and the auto industry more than10years in the development, formulationdevelopment of an outline of the next decade to support company’s optimization, costsreduction, the company is to maximize the benefits.Secondly, Against Company B in the supply chain network structure, the need forlogistics, capital flow and information flow management and all relevant levels. Theexistence of multi-level distribution system, can expand trade scale, regional or culturaldifferences to reconcile the product, and thereby reducing the risk through a commonamount of safety stock.In this thesis, based on the analysis of recent company B, based on the derivationof the EOQ formula for economic order quantity, lead time will be included with themodel, a comprehensive analysis and computing. This article also lists the B company’sshould be resolved, including the establishment of multi-level inventory control modelto solve the problem when the replenishment and replenishment quantities; enterpriseswhich supply chain management strategy to implement multi-level inventory control, tomake their supply chain network to optimize; verify multi-level inventory in theenterprise implementation with improved performance when the function; of multi-levelinventory control adverse effects, and an attempt to find appropriate solutions.Finally, in the thesis, the issue is to study the multi-level distribution systemoperation, and what should be taken to explore the strategy and delivery plan to ordermore effectively to play to the advantages of multi-level distribution system and tomake up for the lack of this system, which from the perspective of inventory control tooptimize the supply chain. And the theory is applied to the actual study of the theory isable to study in the automotive business to be ideal to optimize the supply chain results.So not only for B auto companies to improve their supply chain optimization to provide recommendations for the rationalization, can also become a benchmark for other carcompanies, affecting the entire automotive industry supply chain management.Therefore, this analysis and research for the automotive industry hopes to develop ascientific inventory policy, reduce inventory costs and improve competitiveness of thesupply chain to provide a reference.
