The corporate culture has an important leading role in the enterprise development and the building of corporate culture is an important aspect of modern enterprises’ management. The implement of corporate culture in the branch level enterprise faces the function construction, resources, staff motivation, basic management, brand promotion and a series of problems and contradictions, which make the corporate culture and enterprise management difficult to be integrated, and thus, the company’s soft strength can’t be fundamentally promoted.Since 2009, facing the reality of the problems in the building of corporate culture, Shijiazhuang Mobile Company(SJZMB) has been undergoing an important changes by tracing the reasons of problems, starting a series of innovative practices, and thus leading to a new mode and promoting path for the construction of corporate culture. Owing to these changes, SJZMB has been obtaining a brilliant development.As a state-owned enterprise, SJZMB has a typical culture like other state-owned enterprises, and its successful experiences in the culture building has an important sample value and reference meaning for China’s vast enterprise especially state-owned enterprise.This article plans to undertake a thorough research and careful analysis into SJZMB’s building of corporate culture for the innovation mode, experience and course, and hope this research can be an empirical contribution to Chinese modern enterprise culture construction and company management.
