The Status And Countermeasures Of The Mass Communication About The Concept About Energy Conservation And Emission Reduction

According to the Economic and social development in the Eleventh Five Year Plan, the gross domestic product will be reduce by20%and the doposiation of the main contaminants will be cut by10%in the period of the eleventh five years. It is the first time that the government publicize a precise requirement for the Energy Saving and Emission Reduction (ESER).The propagation of Energy Saving and Emission Reduction can benefit the ESER becoming more acknowledged and informed, which will contribute to the establishment of the resource saving and environment friendly society and sustainable development of our economic society. Mass media serves an essential role in this plan. It is the determinant power in the spreadind of the relevant information and the major supervision in the control of the society and the report of public opinion, which can not be replaced by others. This study ia carried with the perspective of the Communicationism and stars with the analysis of the current propagation of the ESER in the eleventh five years. Based this analysis, this study proposes some strategies for the propagation of ESER and trys to explain the development of ESER propagation in the near future. This study concludes a wild range of newspaper and internet news with the methord of systematic sampling and analyzed the current ESER in the mass media quantitatively and qualatively. This study combines the ESER with mass media, by the theory and research methord of cummicationism, and explore a better way for the propagation of ESER.
