With the world economy high speed development international trade also happen with different area more frequently. Multinational company invested other area is the symbol of the energy of economy. According to the report of FORBES that the globe Top500company also more than70%has invested or set a new company in China. Keen competition in Chinese market and as the body of market company has faced the great challenge.The company also focus on which channel can meet with the demand of consumer. Channel management is the core ability of company competition.The company master the management of channel who can win the future The Out-Zone sales is the important issue of the channel management. So we need focus on the Out-Zone sales issue and find the right way to deal the issue is very useful to company management.In the text we summarized the previous art in domestic and international study on the marketing channel, synthetically illustrated the Out-Zone sale’s behavior and cause.With my experience in my company and focus on EC department.From the channel stage sets up the mould to solve out-zone sale problem.The paper’s intention want to prevent out-zone sale to happen in EC department and improve the loyalty for company.The mould of anti-out-zone sale provides abroad catholicity and guidance to those enterprises who faces the same issues.
