In the context of economic globalization and the reform and open policy,the Chinese people has experienced 30 years of arduous efforts,people's income and personal consumer consciousness is gradually increase,the demand for automobile products is also increasing in the 21 st century will not only is a product of industry competition,the competition is more of a supply chain,as long as we can in all aspects of the supply chain to keep a good,healthy development of our small and medium-sized enterprises will have a good future,and purchasing is the very important step,it involves the entire upstream downstream of the middle reaches of the supply chain,so to do procurement will be a crucial step in the healthy development of the enterprise,and establish a reasonable and reliable with high degrees of procurement process will be the only way for enterprise development.In view of this,this paper studies the purchasing management of small and medium car enterprises.Firstly the automotive supply chain problems,and further the reliability of the automobile supply chain,the structure reliability of the supply chain is regarded as the inherent reliability of the supply chain,supply chain structure reliability analysis is a kind of fundamental analysis,the reliability of the supply chain is to design and supply chain integration way before running the necessary process evaluation and adjustment.Secondly,the present situation of the purchase and logistics of small car parts in Jane is mainly carried out in two aspects: the current situation of automobile logistics supply chain and the structure of automobile purchasing logistics system.Then based on the case as the research method,through to the MM motor company as the research object,on the company's auto parts procurement management present situation analysis,on the basis of analyzing the present situation,it is concluded that the MM company auto parts purchasing management problems.Finally based on the company's spare parts purchase management problems existing in theredesign of its purchasing management mode,mainly the following several aspects to begin,purchasing process and points to purchasing management,supplier purchasing management and cost control etc.To build a reasonable and scientific purchasing management mode for MM company,improve the procurement efficiency and reduce the purchase cost.
