Research On Performance Management System For L State-owned Forest Farm In Anji County Of Zhejiang Province

In the current market economy condition, State-owned forestry farm is an important force in our country forestry, State-owned forestry farm is shouldering the economic, ecological and social efficiency. For many years because of the reason of system, state-owned forest farm has been in the enterprises is not high, this is attributed to state-owned forestry farm of human resource management system is not perfect, especially the lack of excellent performance management.In view of the state-owned forest farm performance management system is not perfect, the human resources have not been effectively manages the current situation, this paper takes Anji County L state-owned forest farm as an example, from the perspective of performance management, L state-owned forestry farm manages the current situation, and through SPSS on the design of perfonnance appraisal system the paper analyzes influencing factors, derived4different influence levels; according to the actual situation for the forest fann, seting up a set of scientific and reasonable performance management system. This article uses AHP, expert advice to determine the weight of each index of forestry farm worker perfonnance.This paper concluded that, in order to adapt to the era of knowledge economy the need of strategic management, build state-owned forestry farm performance management system, must from set out actually, with the scientific index system for performance evaluation, pay attention to the perfonnance management of the state-owned forest farm.
