The competition in 21st century is mainly focused on competition of talented person ofwhich the purpose is obtaining organizing ability. To obtain organizing ability, a companywill have to continuously promote its brand attraction,and complete and innovate itsrecruitment system. As continuous completion of recruitment system can also realizeenterprise brand promotion that makes it playing a very important role in the company’scompetition with other companies.Recruiting is the basis of human resource work. According to the actual circumstance ofenterprise, the author analyses the enterprise recruiting system and puts forward improvingmeasures. The research object of this thesis is K Tire (Tianjin) Ltd. Although it is a largetransnational corporation,its recruiting work, especially the recruiting system and processwhich is lack of foresee and standard and unscientific, failed to learn from other internationalenterprise and can not provide good support to the realization of company strategy.The author of this thesis mainly focuses on the company’s recruiting system, discoversthe existing problem of K Company through investigation, collects and studies domestic andinternational theory and puts forward measures to improve the recruitment efficiency andhuman resource work of K company, and finally does a contribution for the realization of thecompany strategic target.General content and innovation:This thesis provides reference for companies in stages of fast extending and brandshaping.
