With the development of society and economy, more and more enterprises realize that the competition between enterprises has been reflected in the talent competition. As the main channel of talent recruitment company sources, has been paid more and more attention. But because of the contradiction between supply and demand of the China’s human resources structure, this contradiction is reflected in, there are a large number of personnel of unemployment of the society, but enterprises are always in recruiting the staff turnover rate is high. In order to alleviate this contradiction is the main way to build up their own actual situation of the recruitment system. The enterprise only according to their own actual situation to construct the recruitment system, in order to gain an advantage in the long-term competition.Although many companies have built the recruitment system, but due to the actual situation of recruitment system and enterprise itself does not suit, so it needs to be improved, so that enterprises through improved recruitment system to recruit talent, meet the demand of human resources, so as to promote the development of enterprises.This search subject firstly summarizes the related theory of recruitment system, followed by the Z group recruitment system description of the status quo is around the recruitment system includes the principle of recruitment, develop recruitment management,t human resource planning, recruitment demand forecasting management, job analysis and job settings, the recruitment process, recruitment channels, personnel selection and employment, recruitment evaluation content. Then through the design of three different questionnaires survey,from the different angle to the Z recruitment system existing problems according to the analysis of the three stages of the process of recruitment system, the first is the recruitment stage, the second is the talent selection stage, the late stage is the employment and evaluation stage. Finally, based on the recruitment system improvement objectives and principles are aimed at the problems of every stage and put forward the improvement countermeasures. In order to make the smooth implementation of improvement measures, the group needs to guarantee from the enterprise strategy, enterprise culture, enterprise system, labour power, capital.
