The Research About Consolidation Potentiality Calculation And Release Of Rural Residential Areas

In recent years, the speed of urbanization process has been picked up, the degree ofurbanization has been deepening, the socialist new rural construction has been paced with thedevelopment of country. Meanwhile, our country are putting forward to develop the strategicrequirement to plan the urbanization and the new rural construction as a whole, masspopulation, economy and culture are transferring interaction between the cities and villages.However, there are many issues about the rural residential land using of our country, forexample, the increasing trend of the amount of rural residential area are going against theregular pattern of the urbanization of our country, rural residential areas land structure isunreasonable, the efficiency of land using is low, and caused by the rapid decrease ofcultivated land area and the lack of the backup cultivated land resources, and so on. To solvethese problems, our country has issued some corresponding policies and regulations, but it isstill difficult to completely resolve the rural residential areas problem because of the existenceof rural residential areas defects and farmers’ desire of building houses. Therefore,consolidating the rural residential areas, optimizing the allocation of land resources,improving the rural residential environment, preventing the problems spreading and becomingworse, Which are requiring immediately solution now.Considering these, the core of this paper is calculating and analyzing the basicconsolidation potentiality of the rural residential areas, and through the analysis of thenecessity of potential release, the difficulty level, and the influence factors of the ruralresidential areas consolidation, to put forward the suggestions to release the consolidationpotentiality of the rural residential areas, which are considered on two dimensionalities, theone is research distinguish areas, the other is potential release types.The study area of this paper is Guaier town, Zuoquan county, Shanxi province, and themain contents include the following aspects: The first chapter is literature review, detailedanalyses the development and existing problems of rural residential areas of China, the studystatus about rural residential areas at home and abroad, and the route and method of this paper to research these problems. The second chapter is about the related concepts and theoreticalbasis about the consolidation of rural residential areas, which introduces some concepts aboutland consolidation of rural residential areas, peculiarly clarify the connotation andcomposition of the consolidation potentiality of rural residential areas, analyses the theoreticalbasis which the consolidation of rural residential areas based on. The third chapter is theanalysis about the land using current situation of rural residential areas in Guaier town, takingthe socio-economic indicators as source data, the paper analyses the influencing factors whichdrive the change of rural residential areas in the method of principal component analysis, andalso analyses the land using current situation and problem of the rural residential areas. Thefourth chapter is about the evaluation system of consolidation potentiality calculation andrelease of rural residential areas, it systematically introduces the “partitions to sum up”method, which is used to calculate the consolidation potentiality of rural residential areas, andanalyses the necessity, difficulty and influencing factors about the potentiality release of ruralresidential areas. Chapter five is the positive analysis, based on the investigation and surveydata and the socio-economic indicators of Guaier town, it calculates the consolidationpotentiality and other items of rural residential areas of this town with the method of“partitions to sum up”. Chapter six is about the potentiality release of rural residential areas,respectively analyses the necessity, difficulty and influencing factors to release theconsolidation potentiality, and puts forward the potentiality release measures based on twodimensions: the partitions of Guaier town and the potentiality release types, meanwhile itcalculates the consolidation potentiality of different potentiality release types in differentpartitions.The conclusion of this study includes: First, the consolidation potentiality of ruralresidential areas in Guaier town is707362m2, the potentiality releasing coefficient is reachedto21.42%, and it belongs to level one. Second, the necessity of potentiality release in Guaiertown is28.74%, and the weight of “easily release potentiality” in the participation ruralresidential areas is about63.93%, natural and geographical conditions, economic investment,social cognitive and rural life habits are the main factors to influence the potentiality releaseof rural residential areas, and the potentiality release should based on two dimensions: thepartitions of Guaier town and the potentiality release types.
