To analyze the models and to sum up experiences of rural residential land consolidation, will benefit the development of rural residential land consolidation.Based on the investigation of the utilization and the land consolidation of the rural residential, this study evaluated the potentiality and classified the potential of the rural residential land consolidation in Ningyang.In this paper,by the correction of Standard method of construction land per capita, establish the model of potential of the rural residential land consolidation. The results show that combined potential coefficient is between0.25-0.70in ningyang country. There are differences in the region, northwest is small, central and southern is great.Therefore, during the settlements, we should Should arrange the order based on the actual situation in different regions in order to maximize the efficiency of sorting.Based on the investigation of the utilization and the land consolidation of the rural residential, this study evaluated the potentiality and classified the potential of the rural residential land consolidation in Ningyang.
