Research Of The YQ Company Internal Knowledge Transfer Effectiveness

With the increasing demand for knowledge and technology, knowledge transfer has become the core issue. Knowledge transfer can effectively enrich the amount of corporate knowledge, but also to improve the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises, improve the speed of the enterprises to imitate competitors. In fact, difficult to completely independent innovation, can only be improved and perfected on the basis of someone else’s, mimic the ability of competitors to maintain a competitive advantage.This article knowledge transfer, the transfer of the definition of the effectiveness of internal knowledge transfer theory, as defined in accordance with the the YQ company actual situation, to YQ company knowledge transfer process concept as background, and build the the YQ company internal knowledge transfer model and relational assumptions; staff interviews, and adjust according to interviews with the results of inspection and research model to determine the indicators of the research model structure and variables. Based on the results to the all YQ company staff conducted a questionnaire survey for the empirical survey, the use of the variables involved in the questionnaire by the SPSS statistical analysis software and Microsoft Excel for statistical analysis to validate the research model’s goodness of fit and the support of the hypothesis, improve the the YQ company knowledge transfer strategy and outlook for the follow-up study.In this paper, the study concludes that:the main factors affecting the effectiveness of knowledge transfer including knowledge transfer, knowledge transfer distance, the acceptance of the body of knowledge, corporate culture, environment, corporate environment, knowledge transfer incentive system and the assessment of the knowledge transfer system.The main contribution of this paper:factors affecting knowledge transfer from the company point of YQ, using correlation analysis and regression analysis to determine the factors and extent of the impact YQ company knowledge transfer; promote YQ company through actual case studies, knowledge transfer strategy.
