Research On Urban Land Use Status And Potential Evaluation System Based On AE

With the rapid development of China’s urbanization Since the1990s, Urban landuse scale is expanding and Occupy cultivated land is very serious; at the same time,Urban land use extensive inefficient phenomenon is very outstanding. Therefore, it isvery important to understand the city land utilization status and potential. But in ourcountry we still take more traditional business operation mode at the present thephenomenon that low efficiency is very frequent. At the same time materialmanagement is more complex and data storage is not focused. So it is important toexplore GIS technology’s application in the city land intensive use evaluation workand provide decision-making basis and information services for Land managementand business department.The study of urban land intensive use current situation and potential evaluationwork carried on the detailed analysis of the business, and with the city land useintensive degree evaluation and potential business such as the measure as the mainline. We use the Object oriented modular design methods and design urban land usestatus and potential evaluation system based on ArcGIS Engine. The system includethe system the basic operation module; evaluation system and determining weightmodule; the overall land use evaluation module; land use points, land evaluationmodule scale potential analysis module and project statistical analysis module.This study selected ESRI company of American GIS product--ArcGIS Engine,Application object oriented language development use c#,use the SQL Server2005relational database technology And combined with Zhou Cun district in Zi Bo cityland use status survey data basically completed the evaluation system is designed anddeveloped, at the same time we study the key technology of system and method.The paper is divided into four parts. In the first part,we explores the topic researchbackground and significance, then Put forward the research contents and topictechnical route based on the analysis of the research situation and the generalsituation.In the second part, Current situation of urban land intensive use and potentialevaluation related theory are summarized. We Introduces the evaluation theory basis.Meanwhile we research Urban land intensive use present situation and potentialevaluation, include Principle of evaluation, evaluation concrete work contents.Evaluation content mainly includes evaluation index weight system construction, todetermine the ideal value, as well as evaluating the macro, medium, micro levelevaluation model construction.In the third part, the Key technologies of the system are summarized, such as ComGIS’s concept, the characteristic, the development way and ArcGIS Enginetechnology. And according to user requirement analysis design the system, expoundsthe design idea and principle of the platform, and detail the system structure andfunction of the system, development environment, development mode and thedatabase design.The forth part is mainly the realization of the function of part of the system. WeIntroduces the main function modules of the system development and implementation,discuss the result of evaluation and put forward the suggestions.We can find through this research The evaluation system of urban land use statusand potential evaluation Can easily comprehensive evaluation of all kinds of datathe result of evaluation can better response evaluation of regional land use status.We can see Through the overall evaluation，The largest area of land inThe studyarea of construction land is residential purposes for17.07km2，Accounting for69.90%of the total land for construction purposes， Which city land for housingland and foreign land for traffic demand is bigger；we can see According to thedifferent scale evaluation Zhoucun district land intensive use total score is85.31，TheWhole intensive use is in good condition，Among them the land use coordinationdegree is better which Score is89.16， That urban land land more extensivezhoucunBut economic high degree of intensive useIs which is heading in intensive anexpansionary change；From the view of functional areas，Moderate intensive area isthe largest，Low use function area accounts for47.2%of the area of land，Zhoucundistrict that land intensive use still has large potential rise.
