The core idea is to draw lessons from ecology, population growth and energy flow theory and methods of regional innovation system, the energy flow analysis of energy flow and innovation, growth, and establish innovative dynamic evolution model. To this end, the first review of the regional innovation system and the ecology theory and research results, and then the regional innovation system and ecological system comparison and analysis, think of regional innovation system in the system properties, elements, innovation behavior and system knowledge flow, technology flow, information flow and other aspects has the characteristic of ecosystem, ecological system population growth and energy flow theory assumptions. On this foundation, spread out in the round of the regional innovation system the ecology analysis, analysis, emphasizes the flow of ideas, the innovation system for the knowledge flow, technology flow, information flow and uniform definitions for the innovation system in the energy flow, the energy flowing path as by each innovation main body of innovation network, innovative community, thus all kinds of innovation main body which is a innovation population. Innovation population also has the similar biological population nutrition structure, energy from the producer to the consumer gradually decreasing flow check. Through such analysis, to establish the dynamic equations of energy flow and evolution model of foundation.In the establishment of energy flow equations and derivation of innovation model of evolution, from pay attention to important points of small pen, selecting single population single fluid situation for modeling object, with the enterprise population flow technology dynamic equation and evolution model for example, are discussed under the condition of with abundant resources and resource constraints evolution model.
