To survive and develop in the current environment,the major problem facing the organization is to adapt to the speed of change in the current era,and to find ways to win competitive advantages,which must rely on the organization's most important resource--human resources.However,in the actual operation and management of the organization,HRM related practical activities are not implemented smoothly,and there are many problems,such as inconsistent post requirements and staff quality,inadequate training activities,staff enthusiasm for work and so on.These problems prevent organizations from effectively using and developing human resources,resulting in difficulties in achieving organizational performance and low staff happiness.With the continuous development of SKS company,the original work standard system of the company is no longer applicable,but the qualification standard consistent with the current work standard system of SKS company has not been formulated in time,which leads to the hindrance of the human resource management work of the organization.In order to make the whole process of human resources management more reasonable and give full play to the supporting role of human resources,the corresponding measures are urgently needed.This research mainly adopts the following three methods:literature research,questionnaire survey and interview.The problems in human resource management of SKS company are analyzed:(1)the staff recruitment work still needs to be improved;(2)targeted staff training still needs to be increased;(3)lack of standardized staff assessment;(4)the salary and welfare system has not been completely established;(5)insufficient attention is paid to corporate culture.Through analysis,it is found that there are two main reasons for these problems in this study:one is that SKS company has not placed human resource management in a correct position;the other is that SKS company has not yet clear and enforceable reference qualifications.Based on the analysis results obtained from the research methods adopted,as well as the in-depth study of position family theory,job analysis theory,competency model theory and post qualification theory,this study proposes an effective measure to help SKS company improve its current situation--designing the post qualification system of SKS company.The specific operation process is as follows:first,determine the principle of SKS company's qualification system design this time,and set up the relevant team;Second,fully analyze the content of various jobs and the requirements on employees,and classify the categories and levels of positions of SKS company.The final result is to reduce the scope from the major categories of jobs to the typical positions step by step.Third,it extensively absorbs opinions from management personnel,internal staff and external experts,conducts extensive communication on the elements involved,the classification and interpretation of specific levels,the completion of final standards and the specific operation procedures of certification,and forms the post qualification system of SKS company.The organization will eventually regard the necessary qualities,abilities and knowledge,as well as the basic conditions,as the four aspects of the standard.The three essential qualities of professional ethics;Post ability,employee management ability,organizational management ability and basic ability together constitute the necessary ability;Knowledge of the position,the company and the industry together constitute the necessary knowledge of this aspect;The five elements,including the performance grade and the professional working years,constitute the basic conditions.In this study to SKS company research and development of the production of jobs,as the object,the process of system design,has achieved a certain degree of innovation:one is that from real application can be born to consider in actual management of the organization,construction standard,select jobs small class to selected suitable elements,balance the two aspects of operating costs and perform landing requirements;Secondly,the characteristics of the organization are fully developed and reflected.For example,the performance level is the highlight of SKS.Third,we should fully implement the awareness of serving customers and firmly support the growth of staff.In terms of quality,we should include service awareness and staff development.In addition to innovation,this paper strives to give full play to the role of the system in practical operation,which plays an obvious and important supporting role in the activities of human resource management practice--planning,recruitment,evaluation and so on.
