In recent years, the rapid development China’s national economy and thefurther spread of computer applications contribute to the further expansion anddevelopment application of Internet. Mature development of Internet technology,computer hardware and software to gradually reach the international level. Theoverall increasing cultural quality of our citizens also contributes to thedevelopment of e-commerce in China. Thus China’s e-commerce is no longerterminology for highly educated people, but common language to ordinary citizens.Modern e-commerce business or personal transactions with the consumer, iscommon everywhere.Recently, e-commerce communication management becomes one of theforefront of e-commerce management study. With the further development andexpansion of the scale of e-commerce transactions, the more incandescent marketcompletion, as well as the international economic situation changes such as U.S.subprime mortgage crisis, the debt crisis in Europe and currency appreciation inJapan, the real economy worldwide is seriously impacted. To lower the input,expand business and improve service level to a maximal extent, companies beginto focus on implementing and utilizing B2B e-commerce projects.In this paper, the communication management research of B2B e-commerceproject is to solve the cost-benefit recognition issues before, through or aftercommunication and in which way to effectively enhance the variouscommunication effects. To get to understand and resolve some special problems inadvance that may occur through a scientific and effective communicative way, itrequires in-depth understanding and mastery of the theories and methods ofcommunication management. In recent years, the scale of China’s B2Be-commerce continues to expand, in which the fastest growing and the largeste-commerce platform is Alibaba.B2B e-commerce project has formed a certain scale in the academic literature, but for communication management in the B2B e-commerce project is stillrelatively limited. In terms of the characteristics of B2B e-commerce project, Ibelieve that communication management is very important in the application ofB2B e-commerce project. This essay will adopt the case of Alibaba B2Be-commerce project to illustrate the methods of communication management andthe applications of these methods. Firstly, this essay will summarize, analyze andelaborate B2B e-commerce project communication management and its importance;then it will systematically explain and explore the channels, objects, and ways ofcommunication management of B2B e-commerce project; finally it will point outthe problems in Alibaba’s communication management in e-commerce project andput forward the corresponding solutions.
