Study On The Supply Chain Management&Quality Control For Company F

After stepping into21Century, the competition among enterptises has evolvedas the competition between the enterprise alliances and another enterprise alliance,the highlight of the competitiveness for the enterprise is its supply chain advantage.The advantage of the supply chain is often closely related to its management modeland quality control system. The thesis briefly introduces the theory and methods ofsupply chain management and quality control system, together with its currentrunning status in company F, and then reveals new problems under the new situationof the “manufacturing diversion” in company F. After detailed description andanalysis about these new problems, the thesis puts forward to some suggestions tosenior management for references and generates the idea of the CFT and JQEmode.The main contents of this thesis is organized around three main themes.The first part describes the relevant factors of company F’s existing supplychain management model as well as its organizational structure, processes,operations management, research and analysis and then put forward the views andconclusions of this thesis.The second part describes the relevant factors of the company F’s existingsupply chain quality control system as well as its organizational structure, processes,operations management, research and analysis and then puts forward the views ofthis thesis.The third part, under the strategy of "manufactured diversion", addresses howto change smoothly to meet the new environment and customer requirement andputs forward the idea of CFT and JQE.Finally, based on the research and analysis for both main topics, the thesis putsforward the following points. Inthe new environment andsituation, the enterpriseshould revise thesupply chain and improve its management mode of operationaccording to theexternal environment changes, so as to match with the companystrategic. Supplier quality control system as an important part of supply chainmanagement should be revised accordingly. The thesis presents a more detaileddescription and analysis of company F’s supply chainmanagement and operationsmanagement, quality control.The research aims to help those who want to knowmore details about OEM enterprise, especially itssupply chain management model and quality control methods and processes.
