Recruitment is the primary choise and way for the organization to find the talents it needs, which is also the basic requirement for the organization to survive and develop. Therefore, the important issue which the human resource management researchers and managers concerning about is how to build a test system for matching the people and the organization.In this paper, the author builds a test system for candidates including career interests, job fitness, comprehensive ability and so on, using person-organization-fit theory, person-job-fit theory, and the Holland vocational interest theory. The main content of this paper including:determining which staff is not suitable for the delivery according to the test scores of the candidates, developing the training program during the trial period afte recruitment for the staff who is suitable for the delivery. In this paper, the author also uses M express company as an example for case studying. Through the optimization of the recruitment style of the expressman, we can effectively promote the recuit ability of the human resource department, solve the problem of the lack of man resource in a certain extent, and avoid unnecessary expenditure of cost in recruitment in M express company, optimize the age and education structure of the expressman. In a word, this will give a great help to the development of M express company.The innovation reflecting in this paper as follows:basing on the trend of human resource management, the author build a test system for matching the people and the organization, from the point view of staff career interests, job re-design of the fitness and the planning recruitment process, for the existing problem of the delivery staff recruitment mode in the company. And then, the author put the theory into work, test and verifiy the system from a practical point of view. In terms of human resource management, we can have some test of vocational interest and general ability by making a chart of vocational intetest and general ability, this will promote the ability of select in the process of employments. therefore to make a subsequent classified training plan of the candidates according to the score of their test.The study results of this paper can not only help to improve the human resource management ability in M express company, optimize the structure of express delivery staff, but also solve the problem of delivery staff shortage in the company, ensure the stability of express delivery teams, and improve the quality of service delivery by improving the existing recruitment style. Through ensuring a higher fitness for new delivery staff, we can not only raise the overall efficiency of the delivery team, but also do reserve for the choice of delivery managers and lay the foundation for long-term development of the services in M express compay. Thus, this paper have a high reference for the similar work in the same industry.
