Talent recruitment is the starting point for enterprises to accumulate human capital and strengthen their core competitiveness.The recruitment validity is of great significance to the enterprise's development and the realization of enterprise strategy.With the rapid development of China's manufacturing industry,more and more manufacturing enterprises face the bottleneck of talent recruitment.The traditional recruitment system focuses on evaluating candidates' knowledge,experience and skills,while ignoring their potential motivation and development potential.But recruitment system based on competency model can provide more effective support to enterprises in selecting talent.The value that these qualified candidates create far exceeds the cost of designing and implementing competency-based recruitment and selection systems.The establishment of the recruitment system based on the competency model is helpful to the enterprise to realize the high match between the internal quality of employees and the position,thus strengthening human resources management.A company is a TFT-LCD manufacturer.Along with the company development and the intelligent manufacturing transformation strategy,talent has become the key elements,especially the value of the equipment engineers highlighted.Therefore,this paper focuses on the recruitment system optimization of the equipment engineer based on competency model.Based on the relevant theory of recruitment,competence,competency model,and the recruitment system based on competency model,this paper analyzes the present situation as well as the existing problems of the equipment engineer recruitment system,and puts forward to the necessity of the recruitment system optimization of the equipment engineer.Then,the project team summarize the key competence factors of equipment engineer through the integrated use of behavioral event interview and questionnaire,correlation analysis methods.Combining the core competencies of the company,the equipment engineer's competency model has been successfully built.On this basis,this paper systematically introduces the optimization process of the engineer recruitment system in A company,including recruitment preparation,recruitment,selection,hiring and validity evaluation.Finally,this paper draws a conclusion that we can evaluate the validity of the recruitment system from the aspects of satisfaction,stability and performance so as to adjust the recruitment system dynamically.On one hand,the recruitment system research based on competency model can not only improve A company's recruitment validity but also lay a solid foundation for the achievement of the development strategy.On the other hand,this paper can provide reference for other manufacturing enterprises.
