The supplier is a channel of the enterprise production, logistics, capital, information exchange, is to participate in the operation directly or indirectly, their performance will influence the existence of the enterprise, so we must manage and improve it continually.In this paper the B company had experienced in the rapid development of China’s car market and market demand for its products after the rapid growth in domestic recent years, set up multi-site factories accordingly, and achieved good results. But as a result of different regional the culture and industry level have a lot of difference at the same time, this also gives the pursuit of the same quality of company has been brought many problems, such as supplier service standards, price difference, the cost saving, contract execution, etc.Therefore, this article will depend on the theory of supply chain management, combine with practical experience and the assessment of performance index method, etc, to study B company’s supplier performance management in order to find out the gap,At the same time, according to the enterprise characteristics, this paper will find the reasonable system of the methods to solve the problems, such as the key index method KPI and balanced scorecard BSC, etc., to make up for the existing gap and the insufficiency of performance managemenr.This paper not only has the meaning of theory and practice to improve B company supplier performance management, but also to other chemical enterprises, especially valuable to group company with multi-site entity.
