Jilin A insurance company in2012based on the background of staffperformance appraisal system,based on the current situation of A grass-roots staffperformance appraisal of the actual investigation, found that the main problemsexisting in it and analyzed one by one, by using the theory of performance appraisal、management by objectives theory、key performance indicators (KPI) and relatedtheory,developed A insurance company grass-roots staff performance appraisalprogram. The new performance appraisal management solution, assessment ofemployees of different positions of different indicators, according to the assessmentof the nature of the work process index and result index, and grassroots employees setwithin three assessment index, evaluation system more clear, focus more tendencies,two employees without repeating content, and further set standard values of eachindex evaluation, for support services personnel, the assessment object of servicesatisfaction, responsibility system of implementation of supervisor "boss",quantitative assessment of each index, actively encourage employees to workenthusiasm, reward is clear, and will be the result of performance appraisal in thecompensation.
