Research On Low-rent Housing Security Level Of Yangzhou City

Meeting the basic housing needs of nationals is an important prerequisite for thepreservation of the human right to life, to safeguard social stability. With the rapideconomic development of our society and the deepening of market-oriented housingreform, Housing price rise in vast majority of city, which makes more and morelow-income families cannot afford to buy their own housing through market-basedchannels. Low-rent housing implementation on such groups reflects the housing reliefmaintaining fair and promoting social harmony, which is also an important way ofgovernment to solve the difficult problems of low-income family’s housing. As thecore content of the low-rent housing system, the low-rent housing security level playsan important role in affecting the healthy development of low-rent housing securitysystem.In this paper, low-rent housing security level defined as “the rate of the wholeamount paid of the low-rent housing for the total GDP of the demanding families”,which reflects the overall level of low-rent housing security spending. What’s more,“sandwich class” is also considered into the demanding families.If the level is too low,it will not be able to meet basic living needs of some low-income families, which willhave a negative impact on social harmony and stability and violate to the principle of“fairness”. On the other hand, if the level is too high, on one hand, it will inhibit theefficiency, development of the real estate market. What’s more, it will also bringunnecessary financial burden to the government, and waste social resources.Therefore, we must determine a reasonable level of low-rent housing security startedfrom the premise of fully understanding of the socio-economic background and theurban housing demand.In order to research the level of low-rent housing security in Yangzhou, a typicalrepresentative of small and medium-sized cities, this paper firstly introduces theoperating situation of low-rent housing security in Yangzhou and index system ofinfluence factors. Then, it determines the closely-related influencing factors by SPSS,statistical processing software. Secondly, it introduces the low-rent housing security level measurement model, by using which could find the gap between Low-renthousing security theory level and reality level of Yangzhou city. Finally, this paperrecommends some proposals in order to improve the low-rent housing security leveland promote sustainable development of low-rent housing security in Yangzhou.
