Harmonious society needs all kinds of social harmony and stability, industrial relations society is currently the most basic relations, the establishment of socialist harmonious society and the coordination of labor relations are deeply related action. Not only in the former state-owned enterprises laid-off workers and the relationship more concentrated in non state owned enterprises employers and new industry ranks the relationship between. Construction industry90%of the employees are migrant workers, almost all existing contradiction of labour and capital risks, relations between employers and employees, or even worsening phenomenon has been more commonly. Therefore, careful study of labor-capital relations status and main contradiction, put forward to solve this problem train of thought and countermeasure, has become a pressing matter of the moment.This paper is divided into four parts. The first part is the introduction, describes the background, purpose and significance, as well as the research train of thought and basic framework; the second part is the literature review, this article described the writing process as reference and study the theory of relations between labor and capital as well as domestic and foreign research on the relations of capital and labor; third part is the SC Corporation labor relations management situation, from the company profiles, put forward SC at this stage the company labor-capital relations exists six problems; fourth some improvement countermeasures and suggestions, put forward reasonable countermeasures and suggestions, and strive to the company in the future development road, through all aspects to meet the material needs of employees and fine God needs, harmonious management and industrial relations, for small and medium private construction enterprises looking for harmonious, win-win, mutually beneficial industrial management...
