The twenty-first century is an era of knowledge economy based on innovation, and the innovation must be the key to this era enterprises to survive and gain a competitive advantage. If the business does not have a certain ability to innovate, it will not be able to keep up with the pace of technological advancement in the industry, and it is difficult to meet the needs of customers, and then it will lose the competitive advantage in the market. Today there are a large number of scholars committed to innovation and research, but most scholars are only concerned with innovation at the organizational level, while ignoring the individual level of innovation. Individual as the basic unit of the business organization, degree of innovation, good or bad will be deciding the innovation, thus affecting the survival and development of enterprises. Therefore, it has a very important value for the study of the behavior of individual levels of personal innovation.Based on this, this article will research the relationship between the self-efficacy and individual innovation behavior of researchers, and on this basis to analyze the effect of the working. And then to find out the impact of innovation behavior from researchers themselves and the external factors, thus we can put forward some recommendations for the management of researchers and then to improve the scientific research strength and competitiveness of company. This research mainly adopts the method of empirical analysis to the existing theory as the foundation, through the questionnaire collect valid data and by using statistical analysis, to verify self-efficacy and individual innovative behavior and the relationship between the specific pressure of work to its influence:First, through the open questionnaire analysis, combining with the existing theories, we analyze and summarize the dimensionality of self-efficacy of researchers, and formation the questionnaire. The value of "a" of the self-efficacy questionnaire, personal innovative behavior questionnaire, and the stress questionnaire are0.899,0.907,0.897, KMO value are0.835,0.864,0.826, which all have high validity. Second, this paper put forward the theoretical models and hypotheses. Finally, using a large sample survey research methods, correlation analysis, regression analysis we explore the specific relationship of self-efficacy and personal innovation behavior as well as the effect of work pressure, and test and verify the hypotheses. we work out the following conclusions:(1) The self-efficacy of researchers can be divided into tasks efficacy, professional identity and development efficacy, problem treatment efficacy, individual ability efficacy, interpersonal efficacy.(2) The dimensionalities of self-efficacy have a significant positive effect on the two dimensionalities of individual innovation behavior, and the correlation coefficient is significant at the0.05level.(3) Working pressure regulates the relationship between self-efficacy and personal innovation behavior. That is, the relationship between self-efficacy and personal innovation behavior is different under the different level of work pressure. This study is about researchers in specific areas, and the scope of the study is specific. We analyze and summarize the dimensionality of self-efficacy of researchers, and work out the self-efficacy scale for researchers, which will have theoretical significance to the future research of the self efficacy. This study is an empirical study of individual innovation behavior in the individual’s level, and is a supplement to the original research of innovative behavior. The introduction of work pressure as the regulation of the relationship between self-efficacy and personal innovation behavior enrich the existing personal innovative behavior theory. Therefore, the study of this topic can help the enterprises to solve the work pressure, and improve the innovation ability of employees.
