With the changes of business environment and the increasingly fierce market competition, the scale economy of the enterprises has expired; and the added value of the brand has lost its meaning in a number of promotional activities, the profit mode that rely on the scale, brand and innovation has passed. So, it has become a new development direction for enterprise to obtain profit, In addition to the existing products, by non financial derivatives.This paper studies the development path of the profit model, introduction the analysis of resources-sharing of enterprise and carries on the analysis of the key factors that affect the profitability of the derivatives, and ultimately come to the profit model of non financial derivatives; provides the theory support for enterprises which take profit rely on non financial derivatives.In this thesis, the study by the following aspects:First, reviews the research status of domestic and foreign scholars on the non-financial derivative and profit model, combining the theory of the resources-sharing of enterprise, and concluded and summed up the essence of the relevant theory. Secondly, analysis the important factors of profit mode of derivatives, such as the resources-sharing capacity, brand resources of original-product, marketing resources of original-product, derivatives brand and market-share, to use ISM(interpretative structural model) to explain the impact of these factors and structural model of the relation between the related factors, combined with qualitative analysis to derive the profit-mode of non-financial derivative.The results show that:in the process of development of non-financial derivatives, because of the resources-sharing of enterprise, derivatives establish their brand by the sharing of brand and marketing resource of original-product, and driven by external forces, to help derivatives and basic products increasing their competitive advantage and market-share in the market and taking profit. These conclusions formed a profit-mode theory of non-financial derivative.Furthermore, this paper combines the profit model of representative enterprises such as Nintendo, Sony and a confessional magazine for empirical research, and analyzes the profit model of non financial derivatives. Finally, summarize the conclusions of this study and proposes directions for further research lies.
