Under the historical background focusing on globalization, informatization andknowledgeablization, the external environment of enterprises is changing constantly,so is the connotation of enterprise resources. It is now figured out that the thingsaffecting the core competitiveness of enterprises are no longer the tangible resources,such as financial and material resources, but the intangible resources concerned withthe company’s human resources, management resources, information and etc,.Employee relations management, as an important module in the field of humanresources, its importance exerted on the development of enterprises has becomeincreasingly evident. Employee relations management is a key step in handlingemployee relations, and for any enterprises, the establishment of positive and goodemployee relations can attract the best employees, improve their feelings ofsatisfaction and loyalty, enhance employee cohesion and reduce employee turnoverrate, improving the corporate performance and benefits and injecting vigor andvitality into the development of enterprises.The collectivism ideology, especially in apluralistic society, has stressed the employee ’s obedience and dedication towards theorganization, while the ideology of the market economy has emphasized on thefeedback in return of the organization towards the employee’s to appreciate theindividual contributions. Taking into account the diversification between theemployees and the organization, it is of great significance to explore how theemployee relations management contents and influencing factors enhance thesatisfaction and loyalty of the employee towards the enterprises, retaining qualifiedpersonnel and improving the overall competitiveness of the enterprises.Based on the field survey as to employee of high-tech enterprises in SichuanProvince And combined with existing literature and theory, this thesis has constructedthe index system affecting the employee relations management, and then built thestructural equation model influencing the employee relations management, discussing how much those four factors-employee characteristics, leaders characteristics,organization characteristics and work characteristics have affected the employeerelations management and exploring the main factors influencing the employeerelations management. Meanwhile, it has also put forward targeted recommendationsrespectively from different angles, in order to further promote the development of theemployee relations management both in theory and practice.This paper consists of six chapters: Chapter One-Introduction, which proposesthe research background and research purposes, making an analysis towards theimportance of the study on influencing factors as to employee relations managementand further proposing the research ideas and contents of this article; Chapter Two isabout the research progress towards employee relations management and literaturereview, concluding and reviewing those related literature research concerned withrelated employee relations management concept, employee relations managementtheories, employee relations management contents and influencing factors as toemployee relations management both at home and abroad and presenting the entrypoint of this article; Chapter Three refers to the theoretical basis and researchassumptions, analyzing the factors that may impact the corporate employee relationsmanagement from the theoretical level, as well as the influence mechanism to formthe hypotheses, so as to build a theoretical model of employee relations managementfactors; Chapter Four is about the sample descriptive statistical analysis, providing anoverview of the development of high-tech enterprises surveyed, proceeding adescriptive statistical analysis towards the particular cases classification as to thesample employee relations management according to the survey data, and launchingthe credibility and validity test towards the measurement variables; Chapter Fivefocuses on the empirical analysis on the influencing factors as to employee relationsmanagement, launching factor analysis to study the total impact of the commonfactors on relations management, and doing structural equation modeling ofinfluencing factors as to the employee relations management, combined with theexisting theoreticalmodels, and verifying the correctness of the assumptions, andfitting and interpreting about the model results; Chapter Six is the conclusion andrecommendation, summarizing the results of the study, and proposing the solutionsand suggestions about how to enhance enterprise employee relations managementfrom point of view as to enterprise, employees, business leaders.Through the empirical study, this paper draws the following conclusions:(1) theemployee characteristics are closely related to the employee relations management of the enterprises, exerting a direct and positive effect on its development.(2) leaderscharacteristics are positively correlated with the employee relations management, ofgreat influence.(3) the organization characteristic are positively related with employeerelations management, presenting significant effects on the5%confidence level, of themost tremendous influence.(4) work characteristics are positively correlated with therelations management at the5%confidence level.In view of the above conclusions, thisthesis has proposed the solutions and suggestions about how to enhance enterpriseemployee relations management from point of view as to enterprise, employees,business leaders.
