As a symbol system, language makes its media and the information close extremely. So we cannot separate the system of language symbols from the cultural system emphatically. While teaching Chinese to speaker of other language, expect making learners catch the phonetics, vocabulary, grammar rules of Chinese, teachers are also ought to lead the learners express naturally. All of that is base on how precise they have understood Chinese culture and the background of this particular culture. In view of this, this paper analyzes the cultural factors in Chinese teaching which as a foreign language teaching abroad or in China. This study is focusing on pursuing the way to give culture present and to appeal its effect. The teaching design is a teaching note by writer to verify this study.
