Position of the word in Chinese is a controversial word, regardless of its lexical category,or scope, there are still many problems have not discussed clearly, and position of the word inthe second language teaching is also a key, in the foreign students’ acquisition of aspect is alsoa difficulty. This paper chooses82nouns as the object of study, including16simple words oflocality and66compound nouns, through language teaching perspective by analyzing andsummarizing the rule.Based on the corpus data retrieval, classification, collect, calculate the range of thefrequency of word usage and error rate, according to the data, we can see the students use oflocality words presenting the basic situation and the error, then the high frequency, high errorrate of location words make detailed error analysis, points out the mistakes and correct them,and on the analysis of the reasons of. Finally, this article will examine the current Chineseteaching in the other word to explain and set of circumstances, and with the outline of masterdegree required locative contrast of these textbooks, make evaluation, and puts forwardeffective teaching methods and strategies.The word error analysis, we can see that in the teaching of the locative is a key point andthe difficulty of foreign students’ acquisition of position words, there is a certain difficult, butfrom the current Chinese teaching, writing and not in accordance with the syllabusrequirements timely or detailed each grammar point, so it is necessary to teach in the teachingprocess should not only each other a word itself to do more to explain in detail, analysis ofsimilar, or can be replaced each other locative differences, in some fixed structures, to explainthe meaning of the expression.
