This research adopts the BEI to interview20disabled full-time members,combinedcompetency items from91opend-questionnaire, build the initial competency model ofdisabled full-time members.Then compiled the self-evaluation questionnaire of disabledfull-time members,produce item analysis and exploratory factor analysis of189forecasts.And build the competency model of disabled full-time members and formalquestionnaire.At the last,verify the model using confirmatory factor analysis,test thereliability and validity of the questionnaire.And research the characteristics of the412questionnaire.The conclusions are as follows:(1) he competency model of disabled full-time members is multi-dimensional,it cludes6factors: Systems thinking, learning, initiative,sense of responsibility, professional quality andachievement orientation.(2)The self-assessment questionnaire of disabled full-time members has good reliabilityand validity.And this questionaire are used to testify the competency model of disabledfull-time members.(3)Comparison analysis with results of disabled full-time members on demographiccharacters,we find that different gender,education level and types of disabilities havesignification impact to disabled full-time members,but the time of disability have nosignificant difference. |
