Study On Issues And Solutions Of Open Selection Policy Of CCP&Government

In the middle of1980s, the earliest practice of open selection of government officer by competition was already existed in China. After the exploration and development of the recent twenty years, open selection becomes the major government talent selection system of China. As a brand new selection system, there is also many issue and contradiction to be solved in practice which make the study on the system particularly important.The thesis introduces the formation, development and principles of the government open selection system of China. Based on all study, the author summarized structure of the open selection system with three principle system, i.e. administration, procedure and selection method of the system. And then with author’s working experience with government of Jin Chang area of Suzhou, it further explores the practice and summarizes major success and issues to besolved of the open selection system and try to find possible solutions in order to provide reference for the open selection of officers and leaders of JinChang government so that to push the development of talent selection and acquisition system.
