Supply of Rural Public Products plays an important part in the implement of equality of the basic facilities and it is a weak part of building a well-off society. It is helpful to improve the standard level of rural people, to develop the society harmoniously for the basic rights of all rural people. As pointed out in the Report on the18th congress, we should focus on the construction of rural area. So it is much important for us to supply efficiently with rural products for the poor areas to maintain the stability of the society.By taking the example of Sanjiang town in Liuzhou, this article discusses the relevant thesis of public products, network control and public choices for the analysis of the supply of the public products in rural areas and the current problems. Thus it provides relevant solutions according to the work experience of the author and advanced experience home and abroad.This paper consists of six parts as follows:Part one is the introduction of the background, significance and the creative ideas of this paper as well as the current situation of the research of this field.Part two is the general analysis of the thesis of network control and the public products.Part three takes Sanjiang, a town in Liuzhou, for example, for the analysis of the current situation, problems and the reasons of rural public products. Problems lie in the lack and inefficiency of supply as well as unbalance of supply structure which are linked with the lack of interaction of the suppliers and supervision of products and the inability of basic organization.Part four makes comparison of the practice and experiences between home and abroad. The former takes America, South Korea and India for example and the latter Jiangsu, Guangdong and Chongqing in China.Part five focuses on the solutions based on the analysis in this paper about the design, link and distribution of responsibilities and administration of the network. It also talks about how to conduct jointly by the government, market as well as the rural people, how to build an interactive platform for raising money, making decision and communication, how to supervise the implement of this network and improve the overall ability of rural government, rural community and peasants.Part six is the conclusion part of the paper and the trend of the research in this field.
