Research On Political And Moral Construction In The New Period Of China

Political morality is a series of behavior norm and criterion of political relations between various political behavior constraints in the political life of the people and the regulation of human. It can make people consciously abide by all kinds of social system, the maintenance of social order, mainly through the education way that ideas change, and guide people in the right direction. Political morality is a priority, historical inheritance and the dialectical characteristic, and is mainly reflected in the political realm of life.This paper studies with Chinese characteristics since the Third Plenary Session of the eleven socialist political morality from the perspective of leading cadres. The new period of political ethics in China is to achieve and consolidate socialism with Chinese characteristics, the sum of the political activities gradually formed in the socialist modernization construction in political practices and reasonable values, moral standards, codes of conduct and politicians. People-oriented, serving the people put one’s heart and soul into is the core value of political morality, political morality goal is to establish a democratic, fair, justice, harmonious political system. Political ethics can resolve social contradictions in the process of the development of socialist society, the coordination of interpersonal relationships; inspire the enthusiasm and creativity of the construction of social honesty and self-discipline of leading cadres; can improve the consciousness.Since the Third Plenary Session of the eleven central committee leaders, our continuous exploration in the construction of political morality of leading cadres, to carry out "3tell","four views and belief" and "excel" education activities, the political ethics of the emergence of a new situation, political morality to individualism from the group, from the unified evaluation standard to diversify, leading cadres to improve the cognition to the ideology and reality combine. Although the political and moral construction has made great achievements, but there are still some problems, such as:during the process of the construction of some of the leading cadres utilitarian values, material life of enjoyment, spiritual life, social relations, vulgar decadent.Political morality is different in form and content in different historical periods, and the characteristics of the times is to adapt to the. So China’s leading cadres in the new period should be a firm politics, governing for the people, pragmatic and honest administration cadres. The construction of political ethics mainly through the theory study and education to enhance the leading cadres of the moral cultivation, strengthening self-discipline consciousness; give full play to the role of various power system control and supervision and perfecting national regulations system expands the people’s political participation and other ways to achieve.
