In this paper, based on the cooperation of government and non-governmental organizations in our country, and with reference to foreign experience, standing on the ground of NGO, trying to find the positive side of the Chinese government NGO cooperation with China, summarizes the experiences and lessons of NGO cooperate with the government, and summed up the cooperation strategy of Chinese NGO and the government.
