The fire is one of the major disasters that endanger human life and property safety, and it has always existed since ancient times. Republic of China, the reasons of the natural climate of Fuzhou city, building materials and urban planning as well as human factors have led to frequent fires which have a serious impact to the society’s normal production and living.
