Interests Type Mass Incidents Resolved Mode Research

Nowadays, how to resolve interest group incidents has became the major problems that our country and the government need to face and solve. In the past,the way to solve the main interest group events governance is unitary,mainly concentrated in the government and the party and government organs,so that a single governance body which makes the process of previous results are unsatisfactory. I will take the perspective of public administration to build a brand new blueprintthe of the party,government,social organizations and the public participation of interests group events from multiple participation. The full text is divided into four parts:The first chapter is the introduction part,it makes a general introduction,mainly for the research background and significance,literature review, the concent of interests type mass incidents research ideas and methods of this paper.The second chapter is the characteristics and causes of the interests of group events. I summarized the common characteristics of the interest type mass incidents with the type of non interests of mass incidents as well as the common characteristics of them. And summarizes the cause of the interests type mass incidents from social, economic, political and culture aspects.The third chapter is the pratice and problems of resolving the interest group incidents. In this chapter summed up the practice of solve these problems in view of four phase of the preliminary exploration period, the tortuous development period, the continue to explore period of exploration and innovation and development period. In this chapter,as for the practical experience of resolving the group events is so little and it is very difficult to make little difference in the strict sense,so there is no study in the strict difference between the interest group incidents and group incidents.The fourth chapter is the basic way to resolve the model to construct the multiple governance subjects involved in the interests of group events. In this chapter,i analyzes the necessity of the multiple governance subjects participated in the construction of interests group events, design the framework of the multiple interests body to participate in the governance framework of mass incidents,build interest group events symptoms resolve framework.
