Problems And Countermeasures Of The Huge Ministry System Reform In Chinese Local Government

To adapt to the development of economic and social in the new historical conditions, hugeministry system is adopted as a new measure in our country’s reform of the administrativesystem. Since the reform and opening up, our country has carried on six times the relativelyconcentrated administrative system reform. The eighteenth Party Congress puts forward the newtarget, task and the new requirements of the Chinese government to deepen the reform of hugeministry system, and it also mark the beginning of China’s new round of huge ministry systemreform.In terms of local governments, although the central government has carried on organizationreform many times, local governments follow up few. There are many problems in theirmanagement and duties performing of local governments.
