For this reason, on the base of studying the needs of the elderly home care services, the effective supply modality, to match supply and demand and ease the increasingly serious pressure, which has important significance.This article selects the highest aging degree district Jing An district as the research object. Through massive questionnaire investigation and statistical analysis of the elderly demand in daily life care services, health services, security services and spiritual service. Through further interviews to study the affection of age, family structure, living style and economic conditions on the demand for elderly home care service. Comparative analysis of the demand and supply of home care services, noting that supply and demand contradiction concentrated on the extensive service with restrictive object; various demands with single service content; increasing professional demand with a lack of professional talents. The mainly reason are as follows:insufficient access for the elderly to express the needs; rigid demand is large while the effective demand is insufficient; low level of specialization.On the basis of previous research, in the face of the elderly increasingly diversified, personalized and professional home care service demands, putting forward that subdividing the home care services; improving the olds’economic security; promoting multiple subjects; developing human resources. From this, optimizing the supply of home care services and resolving the contradiction between supply and demand.
