Chengdu "SiMin" Service Satisfaction And Age-related Analysis Research

The profound changes happened in the administrative field last century, has forced governments of the word to place more importance on the public service. Meanwhile, an increasing number of scholars has introduced the concept of satisfaction while evaluating government service. Through more meticulous and deep research on satisfaction of public services, we can not only deepen and optimize the reform of public service, but also raise civic political awareness, and build a more reliable government and harmonious society in the end.This thesis employs three methods to research----literature research, questionnaire survey, and statistical analysis. Before researching, we summarized the previous studies by searching the details from the related library and database. By using the three methods, we have investigated the services’satisfaction of Chengdu citizen from the "four benefits" perspective during the research. Finally, with the help of the related softwares, this thesis employed statistical analysis method to make the correlation analysis of different ages’needs.This thesis consists of three parts. The first part introduces the documents and theories that are concerned with government service satisfaction. Based on the ready-made satisfaction survey and spss software, the second part describes and makes the correlation analysis on satisfaction of different ages in Chengdu. The third part aims to give suggestions on how to deepen the "four benefits"service of Chengdu.
