Necessity Of China Development E Diplomacy, Feasibility And Thoughts

Today, the development of social informatization is accelerating. Public opinion onthe network has influence on social politics, economy, culture. The influence growswith each passing day. Maintaining network sovereignty and mastering network voicehave become important national interest. Western countries led by the United Statesgenerally value the use of the Internet to carry out internal and external politicalpropaganda, take E-diplomacy to seize the highland of network public opinion,strengthen the right to speak on network, create a favorable atmosphere for publicopinion. Following the path of peaceful development, China needs moreunderstanding and support from the international community. It is important to use thetraditional diplomatic means of communication, but also to actively consider usingE-diplomacy more extensive, directly to spread the concept of peaceful development.This paper first analyzes the nature and characteristics of E-diplomacy.
