Since entered in the stage of aging, the elderly population continues to increase. Ourcountry’s endowment task faces more and more heavy challenge. Developing moreendowment main bodies was forced by the situation. Companies involved in homeendowment service can relieve the aging problem which caused the unbalance ofdemanded growth and lagged services supply of the elderly. Introducing marketmechanism, to develop a new endowment way is a bold attempt.This article is beginning with the home-based caring services center in Wu Han city.This research mainly used the case interview method and observation method to collectdata. The research investigated35relevant personnel of the older and looked into thecompany’s management, the ordinary employees, and the elderly accepting services in Bcenter. The design of this article is mainly based on a survey and in-depth interviews of Bcentre’s old people, employees, and managers to make clear the following questions:(1)to understand the present situation of the home endowment service;(2) in-depth analysisthe core dilemma of this home-based service in the development of marketing, toargument the necessity of the diversified endowment way;(3)put forward problem solvingmeasures at the conclusion part. provide reference for others on home-base service in themarket research.In study of B center’s marketization of home-based service in Wu Han, found thatcompanies which running home-based service have lot of difficulties and problems.Forexample, the lack of public’s trust and government policy support, professional team andservice level is not high, the whole industry environment is chaos, their location problemand so on.According to these difficulties and problems, the discussion and analysis of thearticle mainly about the enterprise it selves orientation and operation strategy’simproving, the improvement of enterprise services and the excavate of government as amanager, supervisor and supporters. For B center’s home-cased service practice of marketization, also has the following disadvantages:(1) the enterprise’s profit objective and endowment service goal may have certain deviation;(2) the employee’s service level isstrongly influenced by their professional quality and work performance;(3) The group ofenterprise’s services is limited.Although there are more than a lot of problems, but it is sure to say, Underincreasing pressure of today’s aging population, enterprise running marketing home-basedservice achieved preliminary effect:(1) Meet the needs of part of the old people;(2) makethe old a ccomplish in their old age;(3) a degree of redistribution function;(4) tocompensate for the loss of the other pension mode. So companies market running ofhome-based service is feasible and has great development space, It’s not only to fillingthe deficiency of family and institution endowment, but also made up for the structuralproblems of country provided services, It’s a necessary complement of home-basedservice in China.
