To maintain and consolidate the leadership and influence in the Asia-pacific region has been the main target of American asia-pacific strategy. Integration of the Asia-pacific economy, intensify diplomatic resources and strengthening military forward deployed constituted the Obama administration the main content of the asia-pacific rebalancing strategy. Mr Obama’s re-election and the Asia-pacific rebalancing strategy in diplomatic, economic, and presents the new trend in the military field."Asia-pacific rebalancing" strategy to China have a negative impact, to achieve the national goals to china-us relations and increase cooperation with neighboring countries in China and contact at the same time, also brought the friction and conflict. The major measures are:seize the strategic opportunity to promote their own development, enhance strength, stick to the path of peaceful development; Efforts to build confidence in politics, economic competition, prevent conflict on security, advancing the new superpower relationship building; Clear China "to the world of regional power*strategic positioning, properly solve political sovereignty disputes and conflicts with its neighboring countries, economic efforts to crack China’s economic problems with its neighboring countries, diplomatic set up the image of a responsible big country, security efforts to construct the security mechanisms in the asia-pacific region, eventually to build a harmonious environment.
