The physical and mental development of Students with Learning Disability is related to the goals of Quality Education. Bloom proposed that "everyone can learn". Students’individual differences are due to the difference between the amount of time students need and the actual amount of time spent. Providing appropriate conditions for learning, the vast majority of students in learning ability, learning rate and other aspects will become very similar. This is the possibility for the transformation of Students with Learning Disability. From a philosophical point of view, education is a communicative action paradigm, and a special kind of human interaction. The relationship between teachers and students is also a communicative relation. The interaction between teachers and students is closely related to the development of students. From Communication Theory, both sides should communicate in an equal dominant position. Using the "Subject-Object-Subject" interaction mode to replace the traditional teacher-student interaction mode, and then improve the behavior of both sides. This provides a research perspective for the transformation of Students with Learning Disability. From Marx’s, Karl Jaspers’s, Habermas’s Communication Theory, the paper tries to explore the transformation of Students with Learning Disability in the framework of communication theory.Based on three typical communication theories, the paper discusses the pedagogical significance of communication theory, pointing out the nature and significance, element and types, characteristics and process of the interaction of teachers and Students with Learning Disability, which construct the ideal model of effective interaction of teachers and Students with Learning Disability. The goals of Effective interaction of teachers and Students with Learning Disability are cultivating positive emotion, mastering knowledge and skill, developing superior intellectual, cultivating good personality traits. It’s based on mutual respect, in the form of dialogue, in the core of understanding, in the key of appreciation and in the medium of verbal symbols and nonverbal symbols. It contains three stages:the preparation phase, implementation phase, evaluation and improvement phase. The preparation phase is the first step towards effective interaction; the implementation phase is the interaction phase; the evaluation and improvement stage is a summary and inspection of the effectiveness of teacher-student interaction, finding the gap and then improve. The three phases describes the whole process of the interaction of teachers and Students with Learning Disability in details.Based on the effective communication mode, by classroom observation and questionnaires, interviews and other empirical research methods, this research understands the actual interaction of teachers and Students with Learning Disability in-depth; describes the attitude towards communicative action, communicative action in and outside the classroom. Using the effective interaction mode to diagnose the problems and influencing factors in the interaction of teachers and Students with Learning Disability. Based on the effective interaction mode and the problems of teacher-student interaction in reality, this paper puts forward some strategies in order to achieve the transformation of Students with learning Disability, form the teacher level, the student level, class level, school level and family level.
