With the rapid development of five-year higher vocational education,five-year higher vocational education has occupied a place in higher education.It not only improved the structure of vocational education system,but also satisfied the people' s desire for education and the social development needs of skilled personnel.However,because students of five-year higher vocational education mostly had poor performance in junior high school,a large part of them are not enthusiastic about studying after entering five-year vocational colleges,they are ignorant of class,they are tired of studying,and they have no learning goals.Such students' learning attitude not only affects the daily education and teaching activities of the school,but also deviates from the goal of cultivating high-quality skilled personnel.Therefore,it is particularly important to explore the factors that affect the learning motivation of students in five-year vocational colleges and to explore in-depth the study motivation.In this study,literature and questionnaire surveys were used.Shaoyang Polytechnic was used as a case study.The questionnaire survey method was used to comprehensively understand the current situation of the five-year vocational students' learning motivation in the school.The problems in students' motivation were discovered and analyzed.Finally,according to the successful experience inspired by the learning motivation of students at home and abroad,this study proposes corresponding suggestions for the study and management of school students.Through the collection of literature and the summarization of existing studies on the study of motivation,at present,from the perspective of five-year vocational higher education students,there are few literatures on five-year vocational education,and the effect of five-year vocational education and students' attitudes on learning are studied.There are also few literatures on learning motivation.In response to this phenomenon,in the course of the study,a questionnaire survey a Students' Learning Motivation was conducted.The survey focused on the selection of representatives from the first and second grade students in the five-year vocational higher vocational college of Shaoyang Polytechnic.From the perspective of collation and analysis of survey data,the causes of students' lack of learning motivation are subjective reasons such as unclear learning objectives and deviations in learning values,as well as objective reasons such as inappropriate assessment methods,backward education and teaching methods,and family education methods.To this end,in light of the five-year vocational education of Shaoyang Polytechnic and the actual situation of the students,the students' management strategies based on how to motivate the learning motivation were specifically proposed for the problems found in the study:guide students to rational planning and establish clear learning objectives;strengthen"positive energy" education and cultivate students' positive values;scientifically set up professional courses to stimulate students' interest in learning;innovate teaching methods,stimulate students' learning motivation;create a good learning atmosphere and cultivate students' interest in learning;reform school assessment methods,improve learning enthusiasm;strengthen the role of family education,establish home-school joint management.
