The Construction Of College Counselors Team

Since the implementation of the system of counselors, counselors play animportant role in the daily education of university teaching and scientific research, isnot only an important source of the "double" of cadres and the backbone of scientificresearch, the main force is also to carry out the work of Ideological and politicaleducation of College students. The counselor as a special human resources in Collegesand universities, how to face the development and management of effective from humanresource layer, to guide the positive and efficient performance of duties, which is relatedto the popularization of higher education in China to promote a comprehensive, but alsorelated to the college students to grow, mature, and its functional importance position inthe University and in the society. Therefore, strengthening counselor team constructionmanagement, problems and difficulty in process of construction and management,explore effective measures, is an urgent and practical topic.This study is the main research method in the questionnaire survey, from thehuman resources management and development perspective, analyzing the presentsituation of Chongqing City, part of the construction of college counselor’s teammanagement, and the detailed planning counselors, occupation identification, accessstandards, training system, and the recruitment process and encouraging thedevelopment and other aspects of the problem. Based on this, the paper deepens theresearch from two aspects: the first one is the construction of college counselors teammanagement by the theory and method of human resources management, expand thescope and field of the human resources management theory, and open up a newperspective of the counselor team. The second one is the construction of CollegeCounselors in Chongqing city as the research subject, put forward to improve thecounselor team construction planning, promote the instructor occupation identity,smooth counselors development channel and increase financial supportcountermeasures.
