The highest aim of education is to cultivate lively, has the creative spirit of the all-round development of people. High school period is the key to the development of students, each student is to contain the unlimited potential, the teacher is the guide, to help it become adults. However, in real life, the relationship between teachers and students is not a simple easy, there are some conflicts between teachers and students. The author draws some high school, for example, by making questionnaire investigation research, in-depth interviews, classroom observations, analysis summary high school forms and causes of the conflict between teachers and students, the resolving strategy.The introduction part mainly expounds the selected topic reason, the research significance, research methods, as well as foreign and domestic research review on the conflict between teachers and students.The first part is the reality of the conflict between teachers and students are high school study. Findings include from two aspects, one is from the overall analysis, relationship between teachers and students’ satisfaction is not high, including high school high school are universal, the conflict between teachers and students classroom discipline is the most important factor in the cause of the conflict between teachers and students, the teacher deal with the conflict between teachers and students approach is more rational, teachers and students both sides understanding of classroom conflicts between teachers and students, teachers and students class conflict influence the emotion between teachers and students. From the differences were analyzed, and different grade students, the teacher in charge, compared with the classroom teacher performance is different, different gender of teachers and students in the performance of the conflict between teachers and students also each are not identical. Including high school students than senior three students are more likely to conflict with teacher, head teacher easier than classroom teachers and students conflict, male teachers are more likely than female teachers to conflict with students, boys than girls are more likely to conflict with the teach.The second part mainly introduces the influence of the conflict between teachers and students, high school, including positive effects and negative effects.The third part is to the analysis of high school phenomenon causes the conflict between teachers and students, mainly from the aspects of teachers, students, school management, the influence of family background, mass media and peer groups by several aspects to analyze the source of class conflicts between teachers and students.The fourth part is mainly to resolve the conflict between teachers and students of high school. Mainly includes:set up the new educational concept, building the new relationship between teachers and students; Improve students’ quality, correct learning attitude; Implementation of humanized management, building a harmonious campus; Strengthen family education, and create a warm family atmosphere.
