Punishment exists in all areas of life, including education area.The kindergarten education, the beginning of school education, has its own characteristics.Nowadays, encourage education and appreciation education occupy the mainstream of the early childhood education philosophy. Many early childhood teachers dare not use the ways of punishment, being afraid to be crowned the stigma of child abuse.This article attempts to know the current situation of the punishment in kindergarten education, and analyze its rationality and shortcomings in the kindergarten education, and puts forward some principles and strategies, in order to help teachers understand punishment and correct implementation.This article mainly divided into the following four parts:The first part is introduction, mainly introduced the research reasons, concept definition, the domestic and foreign research situations, research significance and research methods.The second part discusses the rationality of punishment and the function. On the basis of the theory and specific cases, the rationality and the functions of punishment in the kindergarten education are discussed.The third part is the questionnaire result analysis. Questionnaire survey reflects the basic situation of punishment in kindergarten, including the teachers cognition to punishment, the way they use and the effectiveness of punishment. At last, find out the existing problems.In the fourth part, the author puts forward the matters needed attention, including the basic principles and general strategies, and combining with specific cases to illustrate to provide some reference for preschool teachers...
