To strengthen the rule of law education to senior high school students is an inevitable trend as well as requirement in the development of modern society under the rule of law. The cultivation of the conception of law in high school education is complex system engineering, and can perform its function in a completed education only by combining with each social aspect. In today’s advancement of high school history teacher profession, how to comply with the requirements of new history courses in middle school and strengthen the rule of law in education has become an important research topic among history teachers and scholars. Compared with other disciplines, the cultivation of the rule of law ideas in the high school history curriculum to middle school students carries out has its special advantages and functions. Middle school history educators should make full use of favorable conditions, and plays its proper role.This topic is mainly discussed mom six aspects in this paper which are as follows:Part one is the overview of the concept of the rule of law, analyzing the differences between the rule of law and legal system, rule of law and rule of man, and the relationship between each other, which provides a basis of a clear concept and support for the preceding discussion.The second part elaborates on history teaching in high school curriculum to cultivate high school students in which the rule of law consciousness and the rule of law values.The third part explains the high school history curriculum standard and is about the content of the rule of law and legal system of the history textbooks for high schools, summarizes the Chinese historical course and foreign legal knowledge and the specific content of the rule of law consciousness both at home and abroad, and analyzes its characteristics.The fourth part is about the teaching design of the high school history curriculum. With specific teaching design it illustrates how to carry on the rule of law education in high school history course.In the fifth part, in view of the history curriculum related contents of the rule of law education, the author investigates some high school students with questionnaires, and collects statistics and finishes the results of the survey, research analysis of current school education under the rule of law in our country.Part six which is the conclusion part that carries out the rule of law education in high school history curriculum and puts forward some personal suggestions, hoping to play a role in promoting the rule of law on our country’s middle school education.
