China is a socialist country under the rule of law, this requires middle-schoolstudents--as the successor of socialist construction to cultivate theconsciousness of legal system. The cultivation of the consciousness of legalsystem is not only the inevitable requirement of social development, but also middleschool students own healthy growth of internal demand.And history subjects haverich legal resources, under the background of new curriculum reform,cultivation of the consciousness of legal system has become a more andmore favorable platform.Therefore, this article is directed to cultivation of theconsciousness of legal system in the middle school history teaching. In the theoreticallevel, I explain the related concepts, analyze the necessity and significance, at thesame time take the example of yuelu version of the senior high school historytextbooks to list the main legal contents. In the practical level,I try to explore theway to cultivate the students’ legal consciousness.The full text altogether divides into six chapters, the concrete content is as follows:The first chapter as the introduction,in this chapter I analyze the topic researchbackground, research review, the research significance briefly, then discusse relatedconcepts including the law, legal system, legal consciousness.In the second chapter, I analyze the necessity of the cultivation of theconsciousness of legal system through the questionnaire way, and from a practicallevel on the legal awareness training for teachers, students and social significance.In the third chapter, I elaborate the specific connotation of the schoollegal consciousness training,mainly the authority of lawconsciousness,consciousness of freedom and equalty,consciousness of fairness andjustice,consciousness of rights and obligations, consciousness of supervision in fiveaspects.In the fourth chapter,I take Yuelu version of the senior high school historyrequired one,required two,and required three for example to interpret the legalcontent specificly, and with reference to the senior high school history curriculum standard,analyze the legal content distribution and characteristics respectively,thuscreate favorable conditions for history teachers’ legal system education.In the fifth chapter, on the basis of theoretical research,I exploreapproaches of fostering the consciousness of legal system in combinationwith the specific teaching cases in the middle school historyteaching,mainly from the aspects of classroom teaching andextracurricular activities. In the classroom teaching, the teacheres usea variety of methods, make history teaching and legal education unitewith each other in the best level.As for extracurricular activities,teachers and schools should carry out rich and colorful activities, torealize practical and effective legal system consciousness training.In the sixth chapter, I analyze some matters needing attention in themiddle school history teaching briefly. Firstly,history teachers shouldimprove their own legal system in actual teaching quality, secondly,payattention to avoid legal knowledge infusion, thirdly make the schooleducation combine with family education and social education closely,in order to provide a good external environment for students’ cultivationof the consciousness of legal system.
