Primary School Teachers' Legal Awareness, Causes And Countermeasures

As a strategy of ruling the country,ruling of law requires to improve the legalconsciousness of the whole society necessarily. Legal consciousness itself is a veryimportant basic theory of legal modernization theory,it has very importantsignificance in theory and practice. In the new era, the society put forward higherrequest to teachers, and legal consciousness is one of the important requirement.Inthis study, in a large number of literature search and the basis of theoreticalanalysis,the author divided the legal consciousness into four dimensions, namely thelegal knowledge, legal psychology,legal concept and legal belief, and regard this as animportant theoretical basis. Through investigation and study of teachers legalawareness of12elementary school representative in taiyuan city, the results showthat legal emotion of the primary school teachers’in taiyuan city is strong in current,but there are also problems such as legal knowledge is not comprehensive andsystemayic, legal evaluation level is not high, the law will is poor (performance forlaw-abiding consciousness is bad, the usage consciousness is not strong), legalconcept is not strong and legal belief has not yet been fully set up. The reasons thatlead to the mentioned problems are the influence of development of the socialistmarket economy is not perfect, the influence of the education law enforcementinfectivity,the influence of Chinese traditional culture to primary school teachers, theinfluence of social environment that primary school teachers in,elementary schoolteachers negative psychological influence. To solve above problems, this paper putsforward countermeasures as follows:1. Continue to improve the socialist marketeconomic system, change the traditional thought.2. Establishes the education legalsystem to strengthen the education legislation;Strengthen the education lawenforcement to provide security for the rule of law education.3.Establish and perfectthe education laws and regulations of the implementation of the supervision system,rewards and punishment system.4.Strengthen the leadership of the primary schoollegal assessment.5.To strengthen the education law of learning and practice,cultivating primary school teachers of the law thinking, strengthen the cultivation of the constitutional consciousness and right consciousness education.6. Socialenvironment of primary school teachers and elementary school teachers negativepsychological impact.
